Saskatoon police say they have a "person of interest" in the disappearance of Dorothy Ann Woods.

The 45-year-old has been missing since Nov. 12. She has not contacted anyone, and her friends and her family says that is out of character.

Over the weekend, Woods' friends began a search for her and put up missing posters.

Police executed search warrants at her Riel Crescent home on Friday and Saturday.

They say they interviewed a 49-year-old man, who is considered a person of interest in the case. The man faces several firearms offences as a result of the search.
