A new program in Saskatoon is a big hit with new moms.
Mommy Connections is an eight week post-natal program for moms and babies up to one year old. It provides educational sessions focusing on issues like breast feeding, health and nutrition, car seat safety and more. Guest speakers and interactive exercises are also offered.
Bob Cain, the director of the program, says it's all about making connections and utilizing the resources available within the community.
