A sea of rainbows covered downtown as Saskatoon's eight-day pride festival wrapped up Saturday.
Every June members of Saskatchewan's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered communities gather together. But while Pride Week is drawing to close here in Saskatoon, the community is just gearing up in Regina, where Pride Week starts Monday.The week celebrates diversity and inclusion.
Among Saturday's events is a community fair at City Hall, a pride parade, live bands, and beer gardens.
